No returns..☹️ I am a field engineer with 30+ years experience in all types of electronics but this one has me stumped. The filters needed to be replaced because it smelled really bad. Post said unit was never used and was returned because the box was damaged. I think it was used and whomever originally bought it misused it and returned it because they broke it.
