      This seller has non-existent customer service. They do not reply. Had to go to the post office for their mistake and they didn't even address it or say sorry. They used a stock photo to list this item and the item received was a flawed version of the item with missing patches and a major hole in it. This should have been easily noticed while they were packaging the item, however, was not. Seriously, don't waste your time with purchasing from them.

      A very versatile toaster/oven

      It has a lot of functions, which I enjoy. Sometimes, it is hard to figure them out. To simply toast an English muffin, it does take about 6 minutes, which seems a bit long. I have used the convection oven and enjoy that. It does look nice and overall, I am pleased with this toaster/convection oven.

      PURCHASED ONLY 48 DAYS AGO..TROUBLE!

      Cooking and baking working fine, but Black lettering on "Start" and the "Time" buttons wore off. I assume the lettering on the other 5 buttons will be gone shortly. This should not happen with a Cuisinart product. No harsh detergents used. (My microwave is 6 years old and no sign of wear). Elaine
