Great for the price, but could be a bit better.
The overall quality seems fine. The issues I had were with mounting it. The directions are ambiguous and it there wasn't enough nuts. It came with 4 bolts and 2 nuts. The bolts were bigger than the mounting holes and had to be drilled out. The mounting holes are also too close to the frame. There is not enough room between the head of the bolt and the from to get a socket over the bolt. I had to use a wrench and could only make small fractions of a turn at a time.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Lacking on Quality.
After receiving my Universal Golf Cart Rear Sear Bag Holder I was a little disappointed the shipper did not include the drill bits that were required to make a proper installation. I had my own drill bits but didn't have the exact size (I thought I had every size) required to make a tight fit. The way it was, I drilled a slightly bigger hole to get the holder to fit. Well designed, easy to install.
I was very pleased with this device. It seems well constructed and was easy to install. There are some comments saying it is tough to line up the hole you need to drill, but if you drill from the inside out, its very easy and automatically lined up. Generally the unit is made well except for the mounting bracket. Mine had nuts welded to the units frame that were misaligned to the frame making it difficult to drill a straight hole through the hand rails to align the mount bolt. Not crazy about this design. I made it work, but had too over torque the bolt to make it secure. Will be tough to take off and on in the future.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

As advertised.... but beware
Bracket was a great deal but beware that the length measurement is from tip to tip of bracket. Had to have extended by a welder because it was 1 1/2 inched too short to fit on my hand rails. Trouble with installation.
I bought this and tried to install it but the holes on the bracket and the holes on the bag holder bracket did not align. In the process of trying to force it to fit both plastic tabs on the bag holder cracked. The only was I could get it to fix was to further crack it to make it fit. I finally was able to get it in after doing a little bit of modification. I tried to call them but I could not get through. The holes on the bracket and bag holder were off by about 1/2 inch. Very frustrating
