    Tire looks nice. It has "cupping" wear in a couple of places, and this would not allow it to be balanced. As a result it shakes the steering wheel. Moved it to the back, and it's not terrible on the rear axle. I should have paid a little more for a better tire. I purchased another from this same ebay store, and paid more money, but it balanced with very minimum weights.
