    Plates arrived well packed and in good condition. Unfortunately, they were listed as Black and Blue when purchased and they definitely are not. They are in fact Black & Grey and unfortunately the sellers listing states they don't accept returns. I went for a neutral instead of a negative review as it could be an honest mistake, although costly and disappointing for any buyers. The attached photo shows the difference to my Black and Blue set I was trying to purchase replacements for.

    Lightweight chef's/precision knife.

    Awesome knife that is worth the price. It can handle any slicing of meats, fish, vegetables. Can chop an onion in no time and is super light; the grip is amazing. When I have a lot of vegetables to chop, I use my trusty Chinese cleaver. This knife takes cooking to another level.

    Great knife

    Beautiful Damascus pattern. Extremely sharp edge. Only complaint is the handle is set up for right handed cutters and I’m left handed. Still works fine, but the spine doesn’t line up the same as it would in my right hand.

    Razor sharp

    The Shun knives are scary sharp. They have a nice light feel in your hand and are a beautiful knife. I don’t use them for ever application but when I need a sharp knife nothing else does the job as well.

    Very nice product
