    No fault of yours but I didn't receive this item. I assume it arrived on time. Some interaction b/w eBay and PayPal keeps redirecting my orders to an old address. I confirmed my actual address prior to purchase but when I paid with PayPal it overrode the input. I don't know if there's anything you can report on your end. I've decided I can't trust the "primary" address in the apps and have deleted all but my current address in each.
