    Great replacement

    Although it didn’t have the exact same (I’m guessing, revision code) it works just fine. It did have the same part number. The plugs were perfect. Even though there were extra wires coming off of it. After looking at wiring diagrams those extra wires which my car didn’t have said they were unused. So far so good. Thx!!! Picture is of what happens when you get water leaks.

    Still not 100% Sure

    Module is in great shape. Stated it was tested and worked fine. I tried using it and as soon as I tried starting my 1999 VW Beetle nothing happened but the car alarm would go off. Not sure if this has something to do with the remote needing to be programmed to the module. Still investigating what I was not expecting.
