I had an offer of $400 which I accepted but had missed the deadline. I suggested the buyer resubmit a $400 offer. I received it. I accepted. I never "charged" the buyer, the buyer was in control. An error may have been made. I received a complaint. I refunded $40 AND an additional $100!
