    Excellent product - really changed our D levels

    Both my husband and I were tested during our annual exam for all sorts of things, and we both came up deficient in Vitamin D. Our doctor recommend a 5,000 IU D supplement, and since Pure Encapsulations makes great supplements, we opted for this one. A few months later, retesting reveals that our D levels are both healthy and right in line with expectations. Can't argue with that. It just works.

    Title Really Says It All

    Magnesium is used in over 200 body functions so I use this daily. For me it's been great for my knees and elimination. They say to take it at night as it will help with sleep. I usually take mine during the day, but will start in the evening because sleep can be elusive.

    Good for leg cramps

    Mag gly is the best for leg cramps, for some reason other forms don't work as well. Pure makes a good product, but a little pricey. We also need mag for a number of bodily functions...so I've read. The FDA may not agree, I don't know???

    Best magnesium supplement on the market!!!

    This magnesium doesn’t create laxative effect as long as you follow recommend dosage and take it with food. I’m able to sleep at night thanks to this. I have tried other brands and nothing can compare to it, quality and effectiveness of this product that actually works!
