No mention that one entire side of this car part was covered in rust to the point of pitting. No mention that the rubber trim was suffused in mold. And only one picture which showed the good side of the part. Still, the pricing compensated for these shortcomings. I would buy from this seller again, but I’d ask a lot of questions first.

They used 6 pieces of newspaper to pack a plastic and metal evaporator box. They stopped responding after I brought up getting a partial refund or just completely returning the broken item. I have attached photos of the poor packaging and the damaged item. Just completely unacceptable and disappointing.
