I had placed multiple orders of picture frames from various sellers every single one packaged the item with bubble wrap. So I messaged seller and they did reply fast apologizing for the situation and that it must've been damaged through shipment and was insured. I said I've never dealt with anything like this, how does everything work? and the seller just sent me the USPS claims link.
