    Good product at a price that beats buying OEM

    Plastic. Fits the Blazer S10 rim hole perfectly. Good quality plastic, should hold up even in the frigid cold in the Northeast. Modified them to fit my steel winter tire rims on a Dodge Grand Caaravan which has the same diameter holes but different (shorter) clearances.
