This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. needs work
If it was running it would be better. I found the problem to be the drive trck gearbox. Some gears are not meshing properly which causes the running problem. I have ordered a replacement drive truck and hope to fix the problem. I am also changing to digital operation by installing a new 5 poe motor and an updated pc board with sound functions.
