    Help for broken backs. Move again.

    Medieval green door slowly opening during stretch class is distracting. City scene background not what I was hoping for. Hawaii would of been better. Camera angle work needs improvement. Exercise class excellent for fast results. Miranda's work outs just right for this 70 year old trying to restore a broken back. For 25 dollars (with shipping) it is worth it.

    Stretching exercise video

    This video is a good value. It is reasonably priced and well made. For my taste it is "too dancy" If you just want some stretching exercises, like I did, this is not the video for you. But if you like dance routines integrated into your workout you will enjoy this video very much.

    Love to stretch!
