    Canon Point & Shot

    I really like this camera, for use when I can’t bring my pro DSLR w/ a remove-able lens into a concert. It’s the cameraI leave just leave in my purse, so whenever I go I have some type of camera. It has great zoom capabilities, that are better than my iPhone. If I am far away in a arena then the sound is great. If I am up close the sound is crunchy & I have figured out yet what I’m going to do about that as far as videography goes. The only really bad drawback is once twilight hits at an outdoor concert it kinda useless. But you may get lucky & get a handful of shots. Extreme stage light flashes do make it go blurry, for a couple of seconds until the camera refocuses itself.

    Compact and great zoom

    After registering the camera at Canon, I downloaded the instruction manual. Using this, I was able to set up and personalize the camera. It is compact, will fit in a pocket. Has 25X optical zoom. The one thing you need to adjust to, in order to use the flash, you have to raise the flash feature on the camera. It comes up on the left side top, so you cannot rest your hand in that area. A little awkward after using point and shoot cameras where the flash is inside the frame of the camera.

    excellent camera!

    great camera. takes amazing photos (especially once highest resolution settings are selected) super responsive, great lens, great zoom, pocket sized *unfortunately, this version no long allows full Manual control or ISO control when taking long shutter night shots*
