The black Jabra Step Bluetooth wireless ear-hook headset allows you to cut out the restrictions of headphone cords and enjoy freedom of movement. The earbuds are made of soft flexible GelHooks, and feature three sizes of EarGels that can be switched out to give the best fit and utmost comfort. The Jabra Step Bluetooth wireless headset comes with a USB charger and has a battery standby time of 144 hours when fully charged. The Jabra Step headphones are ideal for people on-the-go. They feature a solid quality build and accommodating customization options to suit a wide variety of physical pursuits. These headphones are comprised of two square, black plastic bases that are attached to protruding earbuds and connected together by a thick, rubber-coated wire cable. In-line controls and a microphone are attached to the wire, while the Bluetooth receiver and battery are housed in the base of the right earbud. The three included EarGels accommodate different ear sizes and keep a secure grip to prevent them from falling out. The earbuds are very compact with a bit more weight than wired headsets, as well as protruding slightly out of the ear during wear. This unit’s GelHooks provide an additional measure of support and prevent the earbuds from popping out while engaged in vigorous physical activity. They can be worn comfortably for extended periods, and provide clear, crisp audio for making calls or engaging in a bit of leisure time to play games. The rubber-coated wire holding the earpieces together is a generous size and holds them securely in place, with the wire worn behind your neck as intended. The Jabra Step Bluetooth wireless headset pumps out impressive sound and features approximately four hours of battery life for constant music listening or talk time. This model supports Advanced Audio Distribution Profile (A2DP), which enables it to stream high quality audio via Bluetooth. The Jabra Step allows you to control music when it’s streaming from another device, such as your mobile phone via Audio/Video Remote Control Profile (AVRCP). This unit measures 0.8 x 0.8 x 0.6 inches and weighs in at a light 0.58-ounces, with a sound impedance of 32 Ohms.

    Good wireless earphones, not great for those with small ears!

    The sound quality is good & the earphones are fairly easy to set up. The biggest issue I have with them are they do not fit well on my ears! I have small ears and the band used to keep them around my ears does not adjust for ear sizes. They often feel uncomfortable, as if they will slide off of my ears. Otherwise, they are good earphones.

    Flat sounding

    There's no base ! Sounds flat with no depth of sound. I was very disappointed. Sound was important to me. Returned 2 other pair of different brands that sounded the same. I thought because these were more expensive they would be better quality.

    Good sound and noise reduction with right ear tips. Stays in place.

    Good sound. Long battery life. Cons: a little cumbersome to put on with ear hook but after a few times not to bad. Will stay in ears.

    Go with something else.

    Volume is not very good. If you like your call volume or media loud, go with something else. Ear hooks are easy to lose. Earbuds are definitely not sweat proof, as you have to constantly keep pushing them back in. On a call, people complain they can't hear me good, so you have to hold the mic directly to your mouth most of the time. Battery life is okay. Lasts about 4 to 5 hours on a single charge. I would not buy again.

    Great sound But won't stay put

    I find myself adjusting them in my ears all the time. I use them at work a lot and they just won't stay in my ears. The sound is great and they're easy to use. The batteries last a while as well you always feel like they should last longer though.
