    Top Quality Product from Trusted Maker - and super efficient seller to boot!

    I usually buy Jarrow Forumulas Ubiquinol, as I know they are a trustworthy company (and on the recommended shortlist from a well-known author). These are super absorbable, and it's recommended to take them on an empty stomach, and spread over time; so I tend to have one at breakfast and another at lunch (earlier in the day the better apparently). This is why I prefer 100mg capsules, and to take 2 a day (and gel to boot, as they are absorbed FAR better than solid tablets, which can't be efficiently absorbed. You're wasting your money if you buy solid tablets). Excellent product from a very helpful, willing seller - HIGHLY recommended!

    Bad Stomach Cramps

    I had extremely bad stomach cramps each day after I took the first 2 pills. After 2 days of taking the pill, I stopped, and my stomach cramps went away. Unfortunately, this brand does not work for me.

    Very absorbable

    This us a really good quality U Ubinqinol product. A really good Ubinqinol should be Whitish to a light Yellowish. I cut one open and it was easily within this spectrum. This indicated that it I'd of really high quality. I will make this my Ubinqinol supplement from here on out. My goal is to take 3 100 mg capsules per day. Darrin

    Pretty Good Product From Jarrow

    This Ubiquinol from Jarrow is a good solid product. It's not spectacular, just good. I'm still looking for the CoQ-10 product that will make me feel like I have a jet-pack on. I've even tried taken twice the amount, 200mg, with no discernible change.

    Ubiquinol is CO-Q10 in Concentrated Form

    Jarrow Ubiquinol was recommended to me by my GP as an excellent way to help improve cardiovascular health. I have taken it now for some 21/2 to 3 years. Based on repeated test results, Ubiquinol, my helped stabilized the targeted areas. Having said this, one should never take this or any other med or med-supplement without consulting with medical professional first!
