    Not only did Joanne send me the wrong item and report me for contacting her about it, she also called me a “novice” in comparison to her, the “power seller,” and covered the box my order should have come in in stickers; there’s no way she would not have known that she was sending two ugly pots instead of the Persephone head planter that I ordered —and paid almost $400 for. Instead of exchanging for the correct item she now expects me to re-order. All around a terrible experience, don’t bother
