    Contacted numerous times before ordering as we were local tried to pick up didn't answer, Ordered was told they could ship the 25th I was out of town so was supposed to ship today the 2nd they didnt EVER have the fish I ordered in stock. Then today was asked if I would accept a replacement for that fish which I agreed then then said they wanted to refund me to not have negative feedback as they also dont have the chili in the quality I ordered. Drop ships. Never shipped.

    This buyer is not being fully honest with everyone, the buyer asked me to hold the fish until September 1st, this buyer was very rude and asked for refund multiple times, I almost didn’t sale to this buyer because of the rude approach, when I decided not to sale to her she wants to leave a bad review because I told her I didn’t want no negative reviews, I have the fish the buyer requested however due to the conversation between myself and the buyer I didn’t feel comfortable making the sale

    Fish arrived dead, showed video unboxing fish with clear vision of the fish being dead. He kept insisting on more and more proof but wouldn’t take accountablity. Refused refund or replacement. I wasted $275 on a dead fish, yay.

    Buyer contacted me within 5 mins of fish arriving saying the fish died said when fish came in eyes was grey and water was cloudy, I asked for proof buyer said they just discarded the fish, sent 3-4 sec video I explained to the buyer from photo and video the water clear and fish eyes are black not grey, I ask for proof send a photo of fish out the bag so I know it’s dead and I’ll replace no problem, the buyer refused to send additional proof, I begged buyer 8x to send more proof buyer declined
