    Unclear what happened in this transaction, but the listing that was unmistakably for the Vintage re-release of the 1980s TMNT Party Wagon arrived as a newer TMNT: Mutant Mayhem toy, instead. It was placed in a larger box with no real padding to protect it and slid around a lot. I may give this seller another chance, though the first impression wasn't a great one at all: Not as described at all, not secure/safe packaging, but quick to allow a return and refund. Unsure what happened here...
