    The item was not as described and was sent to me defective/ broken. Instead of simply being gracious and refunding my money, the seller at first refused the return saying she had a no return policy . Then when she finally agrees to the return, she accuses me of breaking the jewelry item with absolutely no proof of such an accusation. This is not only unfair and wrong but legally inappropriate. Beware of this seller
