Seller was very responsive and professional to any questions. Have yet to install, but that is out of their control. Great pricing, shipping, and communication. What more can you ask for. Unbelievably quiet, inside and out. My advice, read "all" the instructions, open "all" the boxes to verify what goes where, and watch some videos.
