    Machine arrived missing torch and regulator contacted and explained this they wanted pics of packaging to place a claim on shipping company. Clearly there was no damage in any way by carrier they just wanted to create inconvenience and wast time. Save your money and purchase from a reputable company

    We have evidence that the shipment weight at the time of dispatch was not below the normal range. Out of respect for you as our customer, we are choosing to trust your statement that the package may have been missing parts upon arrival. This is why we requested photos not only to file a formal claim with the shipping company, but also because providing supporting evidence is a standard requirement before issuing a refund or return. However we only received a verbal statement items were missing
