    3M type 250 DUAL-LOCK is a spectacular alternative to conventional VELCRO hook-and-pile tapes. I use 3M Dual-Lock by itself for both surfaces, or, often in tandem with Velcro pile for the opposing surface. The tape adhesive is strong, and usually remains so over a long period of time.
