perfect for what I want
I prefer the battery toothbrushes to the rechargeable ones. I don't have the outlet space to keep one plugged in. I do have to keep stocked up on batteries, but that is worth the trade off for me. Not great, not bad. Stiff bristles on the brush.
Brush bristles are somewhat stiffer than I expected and took a couple of weeks to get used to. My gums were initially irritated by the brush. I have generic replacement heads and they certainly are softer than the one that is on the brush. Excellent cleaner
I got this as a spare in case the first one I have had for almost two years would stop working. But so far it has functioned very well and haven't had any problems. Oral B battery toothbrush
I really like this toothbrush. It always leaves my teeth unscrupulously clean and my mouth feeling fresh. It has plenty of power and the price on ebay has been more than affordable as compared to similar items. Also, I love that it has such great power for a battery powered tothbrush. I don't buy the plug in types, which are presumably more powerful, but actually are not, because I don't want yet another item on the bathroom counter. I don't want to decorate with toothbrushes /appliances. I prefer to dry it off and store it in the drawer on a clean washcloth. :-)Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

VERY HANDY
A great tooth brush, no wires or charger to hook up and the batteries last forever (I use alkaline). You can tell when to change, it will start slowing down a bit or start to stop and start a little but like I said, the batteries last forever. Very handy, you can throw it in in your travel bag and go and by the way the ones with a charger uses AA batteries too, so they use the same power source only they have to be recharged and these cost a lot less and last as long or longer. Great for travel
I have the plug-in version with rechargeable battery at home, and bought this one for travel. It's excellent and cleans very well. Though it takes two AA batteries, it's well designed, well balanced, and comfortable to hold. One very small quibble: The plug-in version gives a little "stutter" every 30 seconds and a bigger one after two minutes: helpful in timing your brushing. Dud of a Dental Hygiene Tool
Being an Oral B product I expected it to be of excellent quality. The brush head doesn't even move when I put it against my teeth even if I use barely any pressure at all. With minimal pressure it doesn't clean at all. It's a complete DUD! I had forgotten where I purchased it from so I didn't respond soon enough to return it for a refund.
