It is a great concept for stopping vampire electrical draw
The product came as advertised, battery included. What they failed to mention is that the battery, while included, is DEAD. The directions must have been originally written in Japanese, then translated by a Finn into German, and finally some one in China translated it into English. Am I saying the direction are bad, I guess so. WIth a dead battery and the assumption that it was good, and with really unexplained "programming" of the product, it took two hours of trying different possibilities before I switched batteries.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Belkin remote surge protector nos
Don’t know why they discontinued this. Maybe it didn’t sell well. Saves electricity on my three computer desk when I’m done for the day. I have Multiple surge protectors and I turn off power to all but two outlets on each, with one button.
