    Why I prefer the new TV remote.

    Works just like conventional remotes we were used to using. The new remote that shipped with the TV was horribly documented so when I couldn't increase the volume with the remote no matter what I tried, I thought the unit was defective and ordered this one on EBAY. Immediately all my problems were cured with this new one. I much later found out the simple trick that the remote that came with the TV had to work the volume, but that remote still had an annoying, so called feature, that caused it to interrupt a program, so I disconnected it.

    Perfect remote for a near perfect price.

    Easy to hold on to and just the right size for my arthritis infested hands. The one that came with my 50 inch TV was so large it was difficult to handle. Finally dropped it one too many times and it was done. While we are discussing Samsung remotes the one that came with my sound bar was TINY and the surface was slick as well oiled Teflon. The only complaint I have is the stupid use of black, raised letters on a black surface. There needs to be a consumer protection law against this sort of stupidity! Wash your hands and wear those masks people!

    Samsung TV replacement remote

    The remote I received is not the original that I clicked on, however it is working well. Easy to program? I don't know, it worked without having to program. I really wanted the original, to replace one which is lost somewhere in the house.
