Item comes with patch cables these were not included. Item has several scratches in areas that seller didnt photograph. After reading seller feedback this is a reoccurring problem seller. Packaging left the item open for damage. It was wrapped well in bubble wrap but, box was oversized and item was able to move freely. Seller did offer to refund but I threw out packaging. I offered to buy it for a neutral price (same as what posted by other sellers) but was declined. Still awaiting for my refund even I was told that refund will be made as soon as item was picked up by carrier. All in all, just a waste of time. Yes i made a mistake. I told him I made a mistake and did not notice it was a youth XL and not a mens. So why would he want it. He offered me low price to resell it. I apologized many times about the error and that sometimes things happen but he still wanted to give me a negative. Oh well, I have very good buyer satisfaction ratings and, as hard as I try, but you can't please everyone ALL the time.
