    Works great

    Works great just what i needed as i stay on the go. Can add external antennas when using it in the camper. Simple to use and easy to read screen. Good price and quality. My mom liked mine so much she bought her one.

    Turns on but won’t work with my active SIM card🙄

    Turns on. That’s about it though. Can’t connect to Wi-Fi ( using my existing active SIM card🙄). Battery is not recognized. ( says no battery). I just switched my card to another one I purchased and it works just fine in that one. It’s possible that this one I bought from you is not unlocked.. although I’m using AT&T so it should work. I’ll count this as a loss👎🏼

    Awesome. Works on Att&t and Cricket

    Awesome, Ordered 3. Use them in a cricket account. Was using AT&T account for over $190.00 for 3 lines plus air card. Ordered 5 Cricket lines for $125.00 using 3 cells phones and 2 lines as air cards. All with 22 GB unlimited per line. Cricket is owned by AT&T using same equipment. Spent few days to figure out how to change from AT&T to Cricket. Just go on line for info. That's what I did.

    Excellent seller!

    Unfortunately, this hotspot did not work for me. No support from AT&T to make it work with an international SIM card. I contacted the seller (while traveling abroad) and explained the situation and requested a refund. The seller sent me a shipping label and offered me plenty of time to ship it back. I wish I could have made it work, but the seller made this transaction a pleasure.
