    Awesome great sounding unit with many features offered by higher end products.

    Great unit, many of the features are even better than I expected. A year and a half later I finally got to replace my old Yamaha unit which I had purchased in the early 90's but was flooded in Hurricane Harvey. Since the A880 has zone 2 it is basically like having 2 separate receivers. The sound quality is superb and the built in parametric EQ helps to utilize it's abilities. Multiple preamp outputs allows multiple amps and subwoofers with complete db gain and crossover capabilities on each channel. Through Bluetooth, I can literally increase or decrease room spaciousness and placement of the setting area.SO far I have not found any features that are dissatisfying about the A880.I would highly recommend it to stereo enthusiast.

    Great sound, connectivity, and options. Don't expect much from Alexa interface.

    Upgraded to this mainly for the musicast feature and the generous supply of preouts. It works great. The front channel is going through an external amp which works great. Based on the sound of the rear speakers in 7 channel stereo I would say the amp section of this receiver is better than on our old yamaha. I hoped Alexa would work better with musicast. Probably will give up trying to use it. won't fault the receiver for this though.

    Other than the lack of a microphone and manual, the AVR looks brand new and was perfectly packaged. The remote is functional but differs from that of the 880 I bought new years ago. It works great so far! Would buy again.

    Great receiver for the price. My first new A/V receiver in 26 years...last one was a Yamaha, too. Learning curve due to all the features. Sounds great, which is what I expected. Recommended
