    Slight problem with the one I received, perhaps?

    I could tell this would be a good product- it's soft, flexible yet sturdy, lightweight, and comes with a seat buckle, however, the waterproof material on top was puffing up everywhere. It wasn't flat to the surface, so I don't know if all of them are like this or just this one but I didn't want to go through the hassle of returning it. I figured it wouldn't matter too much once I put the changing pad cover over it, which I was right. The pad cover made the puffiness go down and now it's fine.

    Lightweight and perfect
