High Quality Inversion Table
I have disc compression in my lower back and pinched nerves. Now that I have been using my Teeter EP-560 inversion table along with physical therapy I am finally feeling some relief from the pain. I have been extremely pleased with this purchase. I was curious about how the item would look when I purchased it since I was purchasing a used, refurbished item. It could not have possibly been any better if I would have bought it brand new. I have been suffering with some herniated disks for the past 30 years and felt like things were getting worse. I would experience sudden pains that would literally put me down on the floor in incredible pain. I have not had any of those episodes since using the teeter. EP560 Gonna use it forever
After much research decided to take a chance on a refurb from Mfg. The unit arrived in good condition. Not much sign of use only a few wear spots and the back showed some plastic tweaks but I don’t anticipate any problems from those. Easy to put together as most of it was already done from previous owner I’m guessing. The packaging was sufficient and has plastic bags to protect and keep parts together. Watched video included and read directions. When you start out just make sure you get it set for your height and weight. Balance is very important for you to be able to relax and stretch. I’ve had it a month now and do usually 2 times a day. Full inversion is not necessary if you don’t feel comfortable doing so. It is a little harder for me to get back up but does really stretch the whole body. I can definitely see this to be a normal routine to keep my back and neck aligned.
