Laptop was packaged like it was precious China. a bubble wrap bag, then wrapped in more bubble wrap, then put in a cutout thing to keep it form and still, then that was put inside the box. Really the ONLY problem I had with it, and it was more than likely my fault, was the laptop didn't want to connect to my internet wirelessly after factory reset but it resolved on its own.👍
