The box had been taped around the top and bottom just to keep it together with packaging tape. The unit’s panel had some sort of gunk/film on it along with fingerprints. The unit runs very loud. So loud you can hear it in the next room with the door closed. I reached out to the seller a week ago allowing them the chance to make this right and never even received a reply. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Neither one was even answered. It took 10 days to receive my shipment and it was described as having an open box but not only was this an open box it was a return from another person and they didn’t even care enough to take their return labels off. The stickers were still on the box right underneath my name and labelnot very professional and lots of people are selling
