Honestly, I think the Seller forgot to ship item out until they saw my message (6 calendar days/4 business days after purchase) asking if item had shipped and if so, please advise and forward the tracking number. I received no response to that inquiry. Also, I thought I was buying from their Newport, NC location but, saw tracking number originate out of Plattsburgh, NY(was told from 2nd location). Seller communication could've been better.

    All-day lifeline for my lips

    This is the only product that keeps my lips moisturized all day and all evening. I only have to apply once in the morning and once before going to sleep. I originally found this while looking for my former beloved Nivea lip tins (which is now my second-best love) and it changed my lip life from that moment forward. My only complaint is that this is only a Limited Edition item. They need to make this a permanent solution.
