Item was as described and item cost was fair. Issue with shipping. Item was marked as shipped, but for two days the tracking stated "label created, awaiting item". Multiple messages to the vendor asking for clarification went unanswered. The item arrived three days later than originally promised. I understand that shipping issues can happen, and late arrival might not have been caused by the vendor, but to leave customer queries unanswered is unacceptable. I will not buy from this vendor again.
