      Works good, feels nice, but needs fitting

      I have 2 1911's. One with and one without the rail. One is a full frame g.i with a punisher compensated barrel. And the other is a 4" slide with a 5" threaded barrel. The g.i fit perfect, no adjusting needed. The 4" with the rail on the other hand, i had to file down the insides of the holster quite a bit to make it loose enough so i could pull my 1911 out of my holster without pulling the holster off of my waste band/ belt. Overall it is nice and works well now. I had to fit it for about 30-40 minutes before use. So it comes down to a good product for cheap, plus what your time is worth.

      Great holster

      Ordered holster and less then a week later it was delivered. Great product for what its worth i only had a problem but it wasnt the holsters fault. My 1911 is different from most other 1911s with rails on it. The rail on mine seemed to be bigger than what most had on and my sights sat higher as well but after a little fileing with a dremmle and small files the gun fits great and is smooth upon withdrawing my weapon. Ive had these holster for other firearms my father and i own amd wouldnt use and other holster out there

      Great for your hip, find something else for CCW

      Great multi purpose holster for the 1911 aficionado. This holster has an adjustable release for those who want a tight fit or if you have a custom trigger guard on your rig, careful cuz if too tight you can pull the holster out of your pants, this sucks, but easily fixed. Also it easily accommodates a standard dust cover model, and 4" and 3" model fits good and with adjustable release...they fit great! Great Feature! Can fit your weapon in the holster, securely, with the slide locked back, if you attend shoots/ranges that require an obviously cleared weapon even when holstered. This is very nice. Not quite AwEsOmE however. I'm not a holster designer and I don't know what it would take to put a small amount of old fashioned steel in the region of the paddle connection/joint to the ...

      Nice does not fit rails Sig tac ops
