    Seller had good communication and followed up several times when the package was delayed by no fault of their own by USPS during holiday shipping. The coat is a little lighter in color than I thought it'd be, and I wish it'd been packaged in a box vs a plastic bag bc I was afraid of piercing the coat, but I'm sure that helped save on shipping for us both. Overall I'm very happy with my purchase and the seller.
