The dress was packed in a used plastic mailer that was taped together and made opening the package very difficult. The dress was advertised as XL, yet the size tag had been removed and the measurement showed me that the dress was smaller. Additionally the lace across the bust was unravelling and needed repair. The dress had some white human hair (long strands) sticking to it. I have sold for 25 year over 23,000 items and truly honor and appreciate my good feedback score. I don't understand being mean?
