    Seller sends items quickly and allows click and collect for convenience. Courier lost the first package (to this day still promising to deliver the next day), ebay refunded so I reordered separately but seller wasn’t informed 1st was lost . When the seller was finally informed I was refunded/package lost, they sent immediate communications apologising (no need as 100% the courier’s fault). Well packaged, item (hard to find in this size) as described and seems well made. I will order again.

    Hi, Thanks for that. The lost items used to get notified to the seller as an open case and then left to resolve with buyer before Ebay stepped in if not resolved. It now seems that you don't even get formally notified and honestly the first i knew it was a case was when I received as e-mail saying it was resolved and ha paid you out. Thanks for the feedback.
