I contacted seller and she informed me of how much money she lost on transaction. Did not offer any solution except it was my loss in so many words. Obviously a D is not considered a Wide by the manufacturer. I have other shoes by Spenco and they are tagged as Wide. There should have been a picture of the tag showing Wide.
