    Item was shipped promptly and well packaged. Although I tried all avenues to get the SSD to work, it was just NOT going to with my Dell laptop. Contacted seller and they agreed I should send it back. Which I did promptly and was refunded my purchased price. I wish things would've worked out differently because I really wanted that SSD.
