Upon powering on the product, it refused to go into Bluetooth pairing mode and I never could get it to pair with any phone. Seller graciously accepted a return for a full refund and I repacked the item and sent it back. Seller followed through with the refund. I do wish the product worked. I would definitely do business with them again. Great Vendor!
