There was a hiccup with my order when I received a short bracket card when I expected a tall one. I messaged the seller and they shipped a tall bracket within a few hours. I was impressed with the excellent support and communications. I will look for opportunities to do business with this seller again. The GPU was otherwise just as described - and an excellent value!

Although I tried all avenues to get the SSD to work, it was just NOT going to with my Dell laptop. Contacted seller and they agreed I should send it back. Which I did promptly and was refunded my purchased price. I wish things would've worked out differently because I really wanted that SSD. The whole process went smoothly and will buy from the seller again! Hopefully with better luck next time.
