      AMD's Piledriver the last AM3+ processor!

      AMD's Piledriver update to the Bulldozer CPU architecture gives good performance increase and fixes some major Bulldozer design flaws. It is the last processor that will fit in an AM3+ socket! It will work fine with your old Bulldozer DDR3 1600 memory though it can run faster DDR3 1866 memory.

      i love all amd CPUs. They all perform well and this one is stable and fast. I love the prices of the pre-owned chips. They perform very well in a brand new MB. It is old technology but the chips is so reliable.

      This a comparison between the I5 and FX-8320

      Although This CPU has low max temps, if you use a good heatsink This processor with not come close to max core temp.

      1.1GHz overlock on water from base base clock

      I mean gettting a 1.1Ghz overclock from base clock is absurd so....a billion stars.I had a phenom II x2 545 and wanted to upgrade my system this was the upgrade. I payed a good price would recommend.

      Great price for an upgrade for older game rig.
