    Forearm training through the fingers

    This one has good resistance. I had all the other colors but I needed the heavy. There are several really effective exercises you can do with these. Some are great with the light and others need to be heavier.

    A little more like medium tension

    Not sure if this is a problem with the brand, but the one I have isn’t as easy to use as the light tension one I had before (and lost). I needed one that wasn’t as strong as this one turned out to be.
