    Plug fit is tight

    Age has changed the OBD2 plug. It won’t easily fit the vehicle’s connector to the extent the plug exterior has to be sanded/filed? (As listed on the web) to ease the fit.

    E-Z Red 'Built In Charger' failed me

    I lost car memory presets even though MS4000 E-Z Red was connected to my OBD2 port during my car battery replacement. E-Z Red 'Built In Charger' did NOT assist me once my old car battery was disconnected. The Amber LED lit immediately. The MS4000 unit was fully charged Green LED before being used. I depended totally on the internal MS4000 battery to maintain my presets. That did not happen.
