With these I was able to listen to my audiobook without turning my volume up loud and I could still not hear the wrestling! You will need a UBSC plug in for charging and that did not come with the buds. Fortunately I had one or they would have been useless to me. Also you will need to Google the instructions if you’re not already familiar with how to operate them.
