It was by far the best lasting and least maintenance of any cleaner I have owned, even though it was used when I bought it. Since my hoses had been recently replaced this item was perfect! It does not come with hoses. It is definitely a “Hayward” product and it is definitely “brand new”! You can get knockoffs for less, but genuine Hayward is worth the extra. I didn’t have to contact the seller, everything came that was promised on time!
