    Good but slow boot times

    Although it's expected for a RAID card to slow boot times this card takes it to the next level. My boot time went from under 30 seconds to over 3 minutes because the card takes so long to boot. For a data server, (It's intended market) I understand but I thought I would get clever and use it in my personal rig. Not a great Idea. However once booted and in windows I achieved 400-500 MBs in raid 50 which is quite respectable espically because I am using a PCIE 2 port not PCIE 3. Overall good card for a server just not for a daily driver.
